📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
- Optimize inventory management using SAP and WMS systems
- Implement and maintain strict warehouse safety protocols
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics
- Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Proven experience with SAP and WMS systems
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
