📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and expense tracking using QuickBooks.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle office administration tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Support the finance team with data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain inventory and supply records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
