Agung Dian Laundry is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage our fleet of vehicles and ensure efficient operations. This is a hybrid role, combining office work with field responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for logistics and transportation management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of laundry services and other logistics needs.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all necessary repairs are completed promptly.,Track fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring all items are transported safely and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Collaborate with the operations team to optimize fleet routes and schedules.,Ensure all drivers are properly trained and certified, and that they adhere to safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian, with English skills a plus.
