📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide feedback and support to the recruitment team to improve processes and outcomes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS, CRM, and video interview platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
