FLUX Pratama is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tax Officer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and providing tax advice to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide tax advice and guidance to clients, helping them understand their tax obligations and opportunities.,Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and communications.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient tax operations.,Provide training and support to junior staff on tax-related matters.,Participate in tax audits and investigations as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax-related role, preferably in a professional services firm.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
