• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
• Manage IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Leverage your knowledge of IT tools and software, such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools, to support business operations.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
• Provide strategic advice to business units on IT-related matters, including technology trends, best practices, and risk management.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure Alpen Food Industry remains at the forefront of innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in business analysis, project management, or IT consulting.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with IT tools and software, such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
