Crystal Gold Unggul is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Dili. As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects,Work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality,Conduct site inspections and review construction plans and specifications,Prepare and submit reports and documentation to regulatory agencies,Mentor and train junior engineers and staff,Develop and implement safety and quality control procedures,Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent,Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards,Experience with project management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
