📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to, facials, laser treatments, fillers, and peel treatments.
• Consult with clients to assess their skin concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform pre and post-treatment assessments to monitor client progress and ensure safety.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical aesthetics through continuous education and certification programs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new aesthetic services and protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their treatment journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics or a related field.
• Certification in medical aesthetics, such as those offered by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM) or the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery (ASLMS).
• Proficiency in using advanced aesthetic technologies, including lasers, fillers, and peel treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to consult with clients and provide a positive experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client consultations efficiently.
