📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and control of production activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline production processes.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.,Provide operational support to the Operations Manager and contribute to the development of operational strategies.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of production staff to enhance team performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production activities and performance data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
