📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide academic advice and support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey.
• Assist students with course selection, enrollment, and academic planning.
• Offer career guidance and resources to help students make informed decisions about their future.
• Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using our in-house Student Information System (SIS).
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure students receive the best possible support.
• Organize and participate in student activities and events to foster a sense of community.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in student care and academic advising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic advising, student services, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as SIS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
