📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes,Maintain and update employee records and documents,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues,Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives,Support the HR team in organizing and conducting employee training and development activities,Assist in the preparation and analysis of HR reports and metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or related roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Good organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HR information systems and software,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
