📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and manage the performance management system to ensure employees are meeting organizational goals.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and engagement.,Manage the company's benefits and compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.,Oversee the company's safety and health programs to ensure a safe working environment.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
