Star Fresh Indonesia is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that the company's human resources strategies align with its business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure that the company's HR practices are inclusive and diverse, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in human resources, and share this knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with performance management systems and processes.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
