📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP MM or Oracle SCM
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of medical supplies
- Work with warehouse managers to optimize storage and retrieval processes
- Coordinate with clinical departments to understand and forecast medical supply needs
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to maintain optimal stock levels
- Provide regular reports and insights to support data-driven decision making
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory planning or healthcare supply chain management
- Proven experience with SAP MM, Oracle SCM, or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Certification in healthcare supply chain management or related field is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
