📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of IT systems to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
• Oversee the maintenance and support of our existing IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions that align with business objectives.
• Develop and implement security protocols to protect our systems and data from threats.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT software leadership roles, with a proven track record in strategic planning and system optimization.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in using IT management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
