📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems and issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Provide training and support to employees on IT-related topics.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
