📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.,Conduct market research to gather information on customer preferences and market trends.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and plans.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products.,Provide training and support to junior sales staff.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and databases.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
