Sehati Budi Health Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Field Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our field sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring our products reach our target market effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Lead and motivate the field sales team, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows.,Train and develop new sales team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare market is a plus.,Ability to travel extensively as required.
