Moon Local Cemerlang is seeking a Lead Internal Audit to join our team in Cimahi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the internal audit process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and providing recommendations for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in the organization.,Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.,Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls.,Prepare and present audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Train and mentor junior auditors.,Maintain and update internal audit policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
