📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Monitor and control cash flow and bank reconciliations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
