📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest standards.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that materials and components meet our quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in electronics manufacturing.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on electrical and electronics.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and inspection.
• Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
