📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analyses to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the best candidates are presented.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.
