📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify potential talent pools.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.,Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
