📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
