Oversee the overall management and operations of the company in Dili.,Develop and implement strategies to ensure the company's growth and success.,Manage and mentor a team of managers to ensure high performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with all local and international regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to ensure profitability and efficiency.,Lead and participate in business development initiatives to expand the company's market reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and growing a business.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
