Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we hire the best talent for our organization.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and industry best practices.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.,Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Build and maintain positive employer branding and employee engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with the last 3 years in a senior HR role.,Proven experience in managing HR functions including recruitment, training, and employee relations.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
