📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.,Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and transportation providers to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to logistics and transportation.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to logistics team members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
