Express Port Cemerlang is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and reports to management.,Negotiate contracts and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and customer preferences.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
