📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their skills and performance.,Develop and maintain training records and reports to track the progress and outcomes of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training theories and methodologies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
