Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of interior design and construction projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of project managers, designers, and construction workers.,Coordinate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Conduct regular site inspections and provide feedback to ensure quality control.,Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and construction project management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and completing interior design and construction projects.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as required.🛠️ Keahlian
