📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
• Train and develop baristas to maintain and improve their skills.
• Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.
• Develop and implement new coffee recipes and specials.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a barista or bar manager in the coffee industry.
• Proven track record of success in leading a team of baristas.
• Certification in coffee brewing or barista training (e.g., SCA, BCB, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
