📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, and implement solutions to resolve problems.
• Work with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property managers.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proven track record of successfully completing HVAC projects and maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with Trane, Carrier, and other leading HVAC brands and systems.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid certification in HVAC or equivalent experience.
