📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP MM or Oracle SCM
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of medical supplies
• Work with warehouse managers to optimize storage and retrieval processes
• Coordinate with clinical departments to understand and forecast medical supply needs
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder points to maintain optimal stock levels
• Provide regular reports and insights to support data-driven decision making

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory planning or healthcare supply chain management
• Proven experience with SAP MM, Oracle SCM, or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Certification in healthcare supply chain management or related field is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
