📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Execute final court judgments by securing and preserving debtor assets.
• Manage the asset recovery process from initiation to completion, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all asset recovery activities using our in-house system.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with Indonesian legal procedures and regulations.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports on asset recovery progress and outcomes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of asset recovery strategies and policies.
• Provide support to the legal and operations teams in managing and resolving asset recovery disputes.
• Stay updated with changes in Indonesian legal and financial regulations affecting asset recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in legal administration, asset recovery, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Indonesian legal procedures and regulations, particularly those related to asset recovery.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial systems and practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with legal software and systems, such as CaseWare or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
