📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to the management team on a wide range of corporate matters.
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and renewable energy.
• Advise on corporate governance matters, including board meetings and shareholder communications.
• Manage legal risks and liabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in renewable energy law and industry trends.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
• Provide training and guidance to other legal and non-legal staff on legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate legal practice, with a focus on renewable energy or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, including company law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in advising on corporate governance and shareholder matters.
• Familiarity with environmental law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in renewable energy law is a plus.
