In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing video projects from concept to completion. You’ll work with our team of talented videographers, editors, and animators to produce high-quality videos that align with our brand’s identity and marketing goals. With a strong background in video production and a passion for storytelling, you’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual presence in Bali’s competitive market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute video production plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Oversee the creative process, from concept development to post-production, ensuring high-quality output.
• Work closely with videographers, editors, and animators to produce engaging and visually compelling videos.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of video projects.
• Conduct video shoots, overseeing all aspects of production to ensure smooth execution.
• Edit and refine video content to meet brand standards and audience expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our video production capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and visual communication.
• Experience working with a creative team and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
