• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests, ensuring high-quality standards and a diverse menu.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and orders simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good condition.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mixology and beverage service to continuously improve the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere in the hostel.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for beverages and supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests.
• Knowledge of alcohol and beverage laws and regulations.
• Experience with POS systems such as Square, Toast, or similar.
• Familiarity with cocktail recipes and techniques, including garnishing and presentation.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg and stand for long periods.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
