📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Managing the hospital's pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and patient counseling.
- Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and hospital policies.
- Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective pharmaceutical care.
- Conducting medication reviews and ensuring accurate medication orders.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of pharmaceutical services.
- Providing patient education and counseling on medication use.
- Participating in continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices.
- Ensuring the availability and proper use of medications and medical supplies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hospital Pharmacist.
- Professional certification as an Apoteker (Pharmacist) from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA).
- Strong knowledge of hospital pharmacy software, such as Medis, EMR, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
