In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management for the Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) of Bangka Belitung Province. You will work closely with the provincial government to develop and implement HR policies, ensuring that the BLUD operates efficiently and effectively. Your daily tasks will include managing recruitment and retention, developing training programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the provincial government's vision and goals.
• Manage the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees for the BLUD.
• Oversee the development and implementation of training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
• Oversee the payroll and benefits administration for the BLUD.
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
