📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the preparation of event setups, including decor, equipment, and catering.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor the progress of event preparations and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are followed during event preparations.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including coordinating with staff and volunteers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials are properly stored.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff members.
• Ensure that all event preparations are completed on time and within budget.
