As a Customer Service Executive (Air Freight), you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all shipments are processed smoothly. You will work closely with our operations team to coordinate shipments, track cargo, and provide updates to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues related to air freight shipments
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth processing of shipments
• Track and update cargo status for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipments
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in air freight logistics
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
