📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Ensure the villa is clean and well-maintained according to high standards.
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing excellent service.
- Manage and coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, and other service providers.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and serve meals and beverages as required.
- Monitor and maintain the villa's amenities and equipment.
- Assist in organizing and executing special events and activities for guests.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed in the villa.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with luxury villa management software such as Housekeeping Pro or similar.
- Knowledge of local regulations and customs in Bali.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
- Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
